The images on www.regalpaw.co.uk's website are created using good quality photographs at eye level and in good lighting, failure to supply images similar to the ticked examples given below can result in a lesser quality artwork, it is your responsibility to provide images that are clear, in focus and large enough to view your pets facial details, we will work with the image/s that you supply so make sure you take some time to take fresh shots like the examples below for the very best results!
YES! we do a great many portraits of Kings & Queens using Human faces too, want a picture of yourself as King Richard the Lionheart or maybe as a Princess or a queen? just checkout as normal by uploading pictures of humans instead of pets and we will take it from there!
No, unfortunately we do not add new items that are not already present in an existing scene, this includes but is not limited to sunglasses, collars, hats (unless already present in chosen scene), jewellery, logos, names etc. we also do not remove collars, scarves or any other items your pet is wearing on your uploaded image, if its on the pic it will likely end up in the artwork
We can alter the rotation of your pets head on a face on value ie clockwise or counter clockwise, we cannot rotate the head so that it looks more to the right or more to the left, the image you upload is the image and orientation that we use so please make sure the angle of your pets head is correct for your chosen scene.
Usually yes! however sometimes if we are up to the wire and the postie is on his way to collect we will sometimes get out what is ready so that orders don't mount up! you could receive 2 packages separately but it is not very common!
As your order is bespoke and unique to you we do not accept returns, if there is an issue with your order that is an error on our part it must be reported within 24h of receipt of goods, if the issue is due to our error we will endeavour to make it right for you asap
Can I cancel my order?
As your order is bespoke and unique to you we do not offer cancellations, once an order is placed it is immediately assigned to one of our talented artists who begins prep work right away, once your order has begun it is not cancellable under any circumstance so please be sure of what you are purchasing before checking out
What if I don't like my artwork?
We are committed to ensuring that you are 100% happy with your bespoke art but should you have any issues with your final artwork then please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to help you with your issue.
If it is the artwork itself that you are not happy with we will first check that the image you uploaded meets our image guidelines, if you have not followed our image advice (in terms & conditions agreed to on purchase and also at the top of every page on the site) nor supplied a good quality image then we are not able to help you further as it is your responsibility to provide a crisp, large and good quality image as it is this exact image that we use to create your digital art from, if it is not a very good image then you are likely to receive a poorer quality result!
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In this VERY unlikely scenario please do not worry, just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on how to obtain a FREE replacement asap!
